Not field command
No live incident, route, facility, security, volunteer-dispatch, beneficiary-intake, donation, or aid-coordination workflow.
Not a safety certificate
No water testing, sanitation approval, building inspection, deployment clearance, staff credential, or emergency-readiness certification.
Stop and refer
Uncertainty is a reason to pause.
Pause when authority, consent, privacy, local context, access, or safety is unclear. In an urgent situation, contact the appropriate local emergency or qualified professional service. Harborline cannot receive a message, identify a location, dispatch help, or monitor a situation.
Trauma-sensitive use
Do not pressure disclosure, promise confidentiality beyond what applies, call a listening activity therapy, or use identifiable stories without a lawful purpose and meaningful consent.
Image and location safety
The app never requests photos or location. Avoid images or maps that could reveal identity, health status, protected sites, security arrangements, or precise operational details.
Offline and not monitored: No action in the app sends a request to GLOBAL HEALTH AND RELIEF INITIATIVE INC or any source publisher. A checked item is only local learning state.
